Our promise

We want you to love everything you order from Sunfolk Co. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return window

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to return

Email us at hello@sunfolkco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, opened candles, essential oils, and beeswax wraps cannot be returned. If these items arrive damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
